Ingredients:

Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, whipping cream, unsalted butter, glucose syrup ,fresh ginger(6%), lemon purée (5%), bergamot purée (5%), Marc de Champagne (2%), cardamom (spice) (1%),lemon, elderflower,(1%) vanilla seeds (Madagascar), sea salt.

Emulsifier: soya lecithin.

Coloured cocoa butter: E110, E102, E104, E122, E132, E171, E124, E551.

Storage

Keep cool, quiet, and away from sunlight.

Our chocolates are best stored at 14-18°C, in a dry, dark place. Consume within 14 days of receipt for best taste and texture.
