A curated testing across three expressions of chocolate, dark, milk and white.

Crafted to unfold textures, aromas, and quite complexities.

Ingredients:

Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, whipping cream, double cream, unsalted butter, glucose syrup, raspberry purée (6%), pistachio paste (6%), Bartlett’s honey (6%), miso paste (6%) (water, soybean, rice, salt), pectin.

Emulsifier: soya lecithin.

Coloured cocoa butter: E171, E122, E124, E151, E551.

Colour: E172 (iron oxide).

Please allow 1-2 working days for preparation and packaging. All chocolates are made fresh in small batches and sent via track courier. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Storage

Keep cool, quiet, and away from sunlight.

Our chocolates are best stored at 14-18°C, in a dry, dark place. Consume within 14 days of receipt for best taste and texture.
