In the quiet corner of our home garden, the blackcurrants ripened all at once. 

Dark, untamed, and full of the season's weight.

We picked the gently, and turned them into three expressions of impermanence:

Kir Royale- A glass raised, a moment suspended. blackcurrant, Champagne, and the soft glimmer of farewell.

Dark blackcurrant-unadorned, unafraid. blackcurrant folded into dark chocolate. Sharp, sun rich, and steady as shadow.

Beyond thyme-A fruit warmed by sun, then softened by earth. Blackcurrant steeped in white chocolate, lifted by garden thyme. 

This is a limited edition collection. Drawn from one harvest. Available only for a brief moment.

Ingredients:

Sugar,Cocoa mass, cacao butter, skimmed MILK powder, whole MILK powder, whipping cream, unsalted butter, glucose syrup, pectin, home grown blackcurrant , champagne concentrate, thyme leaves, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), vanilla extract Madagascar. Coloured cocoa butter:(E171, E122, E124),E172 Iron Oxide.

We dispatch within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Please allow 1-2 working days for preparation and packaging. All chocolates are made fresh in small batches and sent via track courier. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Storage

Keep cool, quiet, and away from sunlight.

Our chocolates are best stored at 14-18°C, in a dry, dark place. Consume within 14 days of receipt for best taste and texture.
